RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be in the condition in which they were received and must include all original parts and accessories. Customers may inspect a product as they would in a physical store, but products that have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them may be subject to a reduction in refund value.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

For damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products, please contact us with clear photographs or videos. If the claim is accepted, Maison ÂME will provide an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

When an entire order is cancelled under the statutory right of withdrawal, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded where legally required.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears in your account.
